What people ask us before starting
How long does a project take?
The assessment closes within days. A first pilot running in production usually takes between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on how many systems need integrating and the quality of the starting data.
What about the security of my data?
We work with the minimum data required and with isolated environments per client. We can deploy the solution on your own infrastructure, restrict what information leaves your network and sign a confidentiality agreement before seeing anything.
Will it work with my ERP or CRM, which is years old?
Yes. Most projects integrate with systems that were never designed for this: through an API where one exists, through the database, through file exchange, or by automating the interface itself when there is no other route.
Do I need an in-house technical team?
No. We handle development, deployment and training. We do need one person on your side who knows the process well and can make decisions: without that, no automation project ends well.
How is it billed?
Fixed price for the assessment, phased development with fixed scope and budget for each phase, and an optional monthly retainer if you want us to keep monitoring and improving the solution.
What happens to the solution once the project ends?
The solution stays live with an indefinite licence to use it and an optional monthly maintenance plan. Your data is yours and we can export it at any time in a standard format, and the user manual stays with you.
What if I do not know what can be automated in my company?
That is the most common starting point, and exactly what the assessment is for: we review how you work today and tell you, with numbers, what makes sense to automate, what does not and in which order.
